You will manage inquiries, conduct property tours, and ensure applicants have a seamless leasing journey. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via multiple platforms • Conduct property tours showcasing suites with enthusiasm • Communicate leasing promotions to maximize conversions • Guide tenants through applications and approval processes • Ensure outstanding tenant experiences at every touchpoint
Requirements: • Relevant education in Business Administration or Marketing preferred • 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong work ethic and accountability • Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act (BC) is an asset
