This hands-on role requires expertise in property maintenance, resident services, and building systems. You will ensure a pristine living experience while promptly addressing service requests and maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address resident service requests and repairs within 24 hours • Conduct daily walkthroughs and fix minor deficiencies • Support contractor repairs and ensure quality standards are met • Maintain cleanliness of common areas and prepare vacant units • Assist with fire and life safety compliance and fire drills
Requirements: • Experience in multi-residential maintenance is an asset • Knowledge of fire alarm and emergency procedures • Ability to identify HVAC and boiler issues • Strong communication skills with a service-first attitude • Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects
