PARKLAND CO-OP is looking for a candidate to fill a newly established position of Added Responsibility at Hearst High School. This is a Minor designation that encompasses all subject areas without a teaching assignment. Ideal candidates will need Ontario College of Teachers Accreditation, intermediate or senior qualifications, and at least one specialist qualification in an organizational unit area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support administrative tasks as part of the added responsibility
• Collaborate with teaching staff to enhance student learning




• Attend departmental meetings and contribute ideas
• Provide feedback for curriculum development initiatives
• Facilitate communication between staff and administration
Requirements:
• Ontario College of Teachers Accreditation required
