Contribute to student success at Heritage Christian Online School as a part-time Education Assistant for . Support students in home settings while fostering academic and behavioral growth.
In this role, you will address the unique needs of students, encouraging positive study habits and collaboration. The position may expand in hours throughout the school year based on student requirements and your skills as an Education Assistant. You will work closely with Case Managers and parents to create personalized learning opportunities for every student.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support behavioral and academic needs of students
• Encourage study habits and life skills development
• Differentiate learning methods based on abilities




• Collaborate with Case Managers and parents for support
• Carry out IEP goals in partnership with student teams
Requirements:
• Background in education or behavior intervention
• Certified Educational Assistant certificate preferred
• Experience with ASD and PDA students is beneficial
• Solid organizational and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
