As a Guest Attendant, you will report to the Health and Wellness Manager, delivering essential physical and personal care according to care plans. Your dedication to resident safety and well-being positively impacts lives, ensuring high-quality standards of care. This role includes monitoring well-being, providing emergency assistance, and maintaining a confidential environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities and care plans
• Monitor and report changes in resident health status
• Perform general housekeeping and recreational activities




• Document Activities of Daily Living thoroughly
• Provide emergency first aid until medical help arrives
Requirements:
• Completion of a recognized PSW program
• Understanding of seniors' needs and health processes
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Explicit vulnerable sector screening results
• Ability to communicate effectively and empathetically
