As a key member of the production team, the Component Preparation Operator reports to the Production Supervisor. You will ensure quality standards are met through rigorous inspection, labeling, and packaging processes. The role demands strong attention to detail and adherence to Valuable Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow SOPs for inspection, labeling, and packaging
• Complete batch records and log books accurately
• Report equipment issues to supervisors promptly
• Maintain inspection certification for all products
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times
Requirements:
• High school diploma; college certification is an asset
• Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to work any shift in a 24/7 setting
• Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic industries is a plus
