You will work directly with both sites to implement HR strategies, manage organizational change, and drive employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:



• Serve as the primary HR partner for both nitrogen sites • Develop workforce plans to meet current and future needs • Coach leaders on employee relations and performance management • Ensure fair application of HR policies and legislation • Analyze workforce data to identify improvement trends

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Minimum 6 years of progressive HR generalist experience • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office • Knowledge of Alberta employment legislation • Ability to travel approximately 20%
