In this hybrid role, you will own the learning and talent development portfolio, working closely with business leaders and the People & Culture team. Your focus will target frontline and leadership competencies through strategic solutions and scalable programs tailored to operational needs. You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to foster continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own and set priorities for the talent development portfolio • Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps • Develop capabilities for Team Leads and Supervisors • Lead cutting-edge onboarding and leadership experiences • Measure and improve learning solutions continuously

Requirements: • 6+ years in Learning & Development or Talent Development • Experience in manufacturing or operational sectors • Proven ability as a strategic business partner • Strong facilitation and communication skills • Degree in education, HR, or related fields
