As an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Co-op/Intern, you will work closely with the EHS team to maintain a secure and environmentally responsible workplace. Your support will span regulatory compliance, conducting inspections, incident investigations, and managing data. This role is ideal for those eager to contribute to continuous improvement in EHS management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with hazard identification and risk assessments
• Support incident and near-miss investigations and documentation
• Contribute to waste management and sustainability efforts
• Help maintain EHS training resources and communication
• Engage in audits, reporting, and EHS project support
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Exposure to compliance activities or audits preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency for data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 is a plus
• Experience in safety and environmental programs helpful
