• Manage daily care delivery for residents • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team effectively • Uphold Covenant Care's mission and values in all interactions • Support residents and families during end-of-life journeys • Conduct assessments and implement individualized care plans

Requirements: • Graduate of an approved Practical Nurse Program • Current registration with CLPNA required • CPR/First Aid Certification needed • Robust critical assessment and communication skills • Ability to work in a continuing care setting
