As a Senior Manager, you'll report to the Mountain Operations Director, overseeing year-round snow grooming and summer trail maintenance at one of the world's premier ski resorts. This hands-on role involves managing operational budgets, staffing, and safety compliance to ensure optimal mountain conditions. Key Responsibilities:
