In this intermediate-level role, you will engage in process development, NPI support, and quality improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain manufacturing processes for MX products • Lead mechanical projects ensuring manufacturability and process readiness • Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics • Collaborate with Engineering and Production teams effectively
Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years related experience • Knowledge of electro-mechanical manufacturing principles • Proficient in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or MES systems • Robust problem-solving and analytical skills • Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
