This permanent position is a pivotal role within the English Services Finance team at CBC/Radio-Canada. Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, you will lead Financial Planning and Analysis while developing strategic business plans for the Sports department, including Olympic reporting. Your leadership will guide a finance professional as you collaborate with Directors to align budgets and forecasts seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on annual budget and forecast development • Perform financial analyses to drive strategic initiatives • Evaluate expenditures and advise on future planning • Monitor departmental budgets and Olympic financial reporting • Present financial results to senior management quarterly
Requirements: • CPA designation required with 8-10 years of FP&A; experience • Robust Excel skills; familiarity with Oracle and Workday an asset • Proven leadership experience in managing teams • Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
