Provide top-notch service as a Customer Experience Representative with Enterprise Mobility in Timmins, Ontario. Engage with customers face-to-face and ensure their rental needs are met effectively.
In this full time role, you will assist both internal and external customers by providing exceptional service and support for rental needs. You will offer administrative assistance, manage incoming and outgoing calls, and address customer inquiries promptly. Knowledge gained through training will empower you to deliver excellent service at one of the leading automotive rental companies in North America.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take incoming calls for reservations and inquiries
• Manage outgoing calls and follow up with customers
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner
• Process returns and check-ins for vehicles
• Clean vehicles and ensure they are presentable
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Valid Ontario G or G2 driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in Canada
