Itape is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of IPG/Better Packages equipment at customer locations. You will ensure equipment uptime and support customer production needs in the field. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, solid customer communication, and the ability to work independently while representing IPG at customer sites. Travel up to 30% and a valid driver’s license are required.
