As a School Age Educator at CELC, you will engage with children in a kindergarten or school-age classroom, planning play-based activities that enhance physical, cognitive, emotional, and social growth. Collaborate with families and coworkers to create a supportive, inclusive setting. Your role will include active supervision and documentation of children's learning, while ensuring health and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead engaging interest-based activities
• Maintain active supervision during play




• Document children's learning progress routinely
• Foster strong relationships with families
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience with children and youth
• Valid certifications: First Aid, CPR, Clear Police Check
• Familiarity with Child Care Early Years Act
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
