As a Waitstaff, you will interact with dining room guests, taking food and beverage orders with warm professionalism. Use your knowledge of the menu to recommend pairings and accommodate dietary preferences. Key tasks include delivering orders accurately, maintaining sanitation standards, and working with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders
• Deliver orders promptly while ensuring sanitation standards
• Advise guests on food and drink combinations
• Communicate special requests to kitchen staff
• Address complaints and keep the dining area clean
Requirements:
• Previous experience in food services industry
• Valid Food Handler Certificate or equivalent
• Robust communication skills
• Ability to lift heavy items and walk for majority of shift
• Positive attitude and teamwork focus
