As an integral member of our health care team, you’ll collaborate with Nurses and LPNs to enhance client autonomy at home. Your flexible and motivated nature is essential in providing quality home support services and observing client conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with personal care and grooming
• Perform household tasks to maintain a safe workplace
• Prepare meals according to designated plans
• Support clients with mobility and transfers
• Report changes in client behavior and condition
Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12 education
• Graduation from a recognized Care Aide/Home Support program
• BC Care Aide and Community Health Worker registry
• Valid BC Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Certificate of training to be submitted along with CV
