THE POSITION
Advise clients on risk management, insurance solutions, and claims support
Exposure to captive management, and complex financial analysis
Manage policy renewals, coverage terms, and compliance documentation
Drive business development through proposals, RFPs, & new client opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
Mentor junior staff and contribute to team learning and collaboration
MUST HAVES
RIBO, Level II General License, CIP,
or CRM designation
5-7 years' experience managing construction insurance and risk portfolios
Solid background in commercial insurance for large industry
Skilled in contract/lease insurance terms and negotiations
Self-motivated with excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship skills
