Position Overview We are seeking experienced

Senior Agile Coaches

to support a large-scale enterprise transformation within a major financial services organization.

The organization is entering the next wave of a significant operating model transformation and is looking for senior-level Agile Coaches who can work directly with teams and leadership to change how work is planned, structured, governed, and delivered.

The successful candidates will have hands-on experience coaching organizations through

large-scale Agile transformations , ideally helping complex enterprises transition from traditional/waterfall ways of working toward Agile and product-oriented delivery models.

The Senior Agile Coach will work directly with teams, Product Owners, business and technology stakeholders, and senior leadership to drive behavioral change, increase Agile maturity, and embed recent ways of working across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Coach teams and leaders through the adoption of a new

Agile operating model and ways of working

Support the transition from traditional/waterfall delivery toward

Agile and product-based delivery

Coach senior leaders, Product Owners, delivery teams, and cross-functional stakeholders on Agile principles and behaviors

Influence and guide leadership through organizational and cultural change associated with Agile transformation

Assess current team practices and identify opportunities to improve Agile maturity, collaboration, delivery effectiveness, and accountability

Help teams shift behaviors and working practices rather than simply implementing Agile ceremonies

Facilitate workshops, coaching sessions, planning activities, retrospectives, and transformation discussions

Identify organizational barriers and resistance to change and coach stakeholders through them





Support the adoption and effective use of

Jira, Confluence, Kanban , and related Agile delivery practices

Partner with business and technology leadership to embed sustainable Agile practices across a large, complex enterprise

Support continuous improvement through Agile metrics, delivery insights, and coaching

Help teams understand how their work aligns to the broader operating model and enterprise transformation objectives

Required Experience

8+ years of experience

working within Agile environments, with significant experience specifically as an

Agile Coach / Enterprise Agile Coach / Agile Transformation Consultant

Demonstrated experience supporting

large-scale enterprise Agile transformations

Experience helping organizations transition from

waterfall/traditional delivery models to Agile ways of working

Financial services or banking experience is required

Proven experience coaching both

delivery teams and senior leadership

Strong understanding of organizational change and the behavioral side of Agile transformation

Experience working within

large, complex enterprise organizations

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and challenge established ways of working

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices including

Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and scaled Agile approaches

Hands-on experience with

Jira and Confluence

Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, mentoring, and coaching capabilities





Ability to operate at both the strategic/organizational level and directly with individual teams

What We're Specifically Looking For The strongest candidates will be

true Agile transformation coaches , rather than individuals whose experience is primarily Scrum Master or project management focused.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate examples where they have:

Coached an organization through a meaningful

change in operating model or ways of working

Worked directly with

senior leadership

to drive Agile adoption

Changed behaviors and delivery practices across multiple teams or business units

Supported an

enterprise-scale Agile transformation

Helped teams move away from waterfall delivery

Navigated resistance to organizational change

Coached teams toward sustainable Agile practices rather than simply running ceremonies

Nice to Have

Agile certifications such as

SAFe, SPC, CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP , or equivalent

Experience with Product Operating Models and/or Value Stream Management

Experience coaching multiple teams within a scaled Agile environment

Experience with Agile Centers of Excellence or Communities of Practice

Exposure to digital, cloud, data, AI, or broader technology transformation programs

Ideal Candidate Profile An experienced Senior Agile Coach who has worked inside a

major bank or financial institution

and can point to a large enterprise transformation where they personally coached both leadership and teams through a significant change in how work was delivered.

This person should be comfortable walking into an established organization, understanding its existing ways of working, identifying where behaviors need to change, and

influencing people at multiple levels of the organization to adopt the new operating model.
