You will track work orders, invoices and technician hours, and ensure accurate processing with a focus on customer satisfaction. You’ll coordinate service scheduling, maintain records, monitor payroll and WIP metrics, and support cross-department collaboration between Service, Parts and Sales. A high school diploma and a customer-service mindset are essential.
