We are looking for a

Manager – Client Services & Delivery

to lead

end-to-end delivery of P&C; insurance projects , with a strong focus on

Guidewire implementations . This role combines

delivery leadership, client engagement, and team management

to ensure high-quality execution and client success.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage

end-to-end delivery

of Guidewire implementations and P&C; insurance projects.

Drive execution across

PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter .

Ensure adherence to

best practices and delivery methodologies

(Agile/Waterfall).

Act as the

primary client interface , managing expectations and building strong relationships.

Lead and mentor

cross-functional teams

to deliver high-performance outcomes.

Monitor

project health, risks, and governance , ensuring timely delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders to

align delivery with business objectives .





Stay updated on

Guidewire advancements

and incorporate into delivery strategy.

Core Skills & Qualifications

8–12 years of experience in

IT delivery / project management

within

P&C; Insurance .

Strong hands-on experience with

Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) .

Proven track record in

leading large-scale implementations and client engagements .

Solid

leadership and team management

capabilities.

Experience with

Agile, Waterfall, and ITIL frameworks .

Excellent

communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills .

Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science / IT / Business ; PMP/ITIL certifications preferred.
