Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain accurate resident care assessments • Coordinate and implement effective care/service plans • Administer medications and document patient care • Teach and direct unregulated care providers • Respond to medical emergencies and significant health changes
Requirements: • Current Licensed Practical Nurse registration in Manitoba • Experience in senior care or gerontology preferred • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required • Strong communication and critical thinking skills • Valid Vulnerable Sector Check within six months
