We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Video Production Intern to join our team. In this role, you will help us tell the story of our agency, highlight our digital projects, and create engaging video content that showcases our expertise in web design, web development, AI automation, and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Agency Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short‑form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn videos) focused on digital agency life, web design trends, tech tips, and behind‑the‑scenes looks at our studio workspace.
- Portfolio & Client Highlights: Work alongside our project management and development teams to create compelling video case studies or visual showcases of our recent website launches and UI/UX designs.
- Video Editing & Production: Edit raw footage with a strong eye for pacing, color grading, audio syncing, and dynamic text/graphics that align with a modern, tech-forward brand identity.
- Social Media Management: Assist with scheduling content across our platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube), writing engaging, industry-relevant captions.
- Trend Research:



Stay up-to-date with social media algorithms, trending audio, and new content formats specifically within the B2B tech, digital marketing, and web development niches.
- Brainstorming: Participate in creative planning sessions to pitch new video concepts that drive engagement and highlight our core services (SEO, Digital Experience, and Growth Marketing).

Qualifications & Skills

- Current student or recent graduate in Digital Media, Film/Video Production, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or an equivalent self‑taught portfolio).
- Hands-on experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut).
- Basic understanding of camera settings (lighting, framing, audio capture) using either mirrorless cameras or a high-quality mobile setup.
- Solid familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram, and how to tailor video content for professional B2B audiences versus casual viewers.
- A good visual aesthetic and an eye for digital design trends.
- Reliable, organized, and capable of managing deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
