This role reports to the Mental Health Manager and requires a blend of social work and communication skills. The position involves managing attendance procedures, collaborating with principals, and advocating for student needs. You will conduct assessments and support attendance improvement initiatives across the school district.

Key Responsibilities:



• Implement provincial attendance policies effectively • Advocate for families and build community relationships • Document attendance management procedures accurately • Support principals with attendance implementation strategies • Coordinate restorative case conferences as needed

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field • Extensive experience with youth and families • Solid communication skills, both oral and written • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and data management • Bilingualism (English/French) is a plus
