Our client, an industry leader in construction and manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Truss Production team member to join their workforce. As a Truss Production, you will be an essential part of the carpentry department, supporting the assembly and building of structural components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Pay Range: $19 per hour

Shift:

7am-8am start time

What's the Job?

Assist in building and assembling trusses using hand and power tools Operate forklift to transport materials safely and efficiently Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Support team members in completing daily production goals Ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process

What's Needed?

Carpentry experience required Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Strong work ethic and reliability Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
