This role is vital in offering quality aquatics services and maintaining safety for members of the Canadian Armed Forces and their families. You will deliver swimming instruction, supervise pool activities, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver swimming lessons tailored to diverse groups
• Supervise pool activities ensuring swimmer safety
• Enforce safety rules and communicate guidelines effectively




• Spot potential hazards and intervene as necessary
• Support families in recreational activities to foster community engagement
Requirements:
• Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification
• National Lifeguard Service (NLS) certification
• Recognized Swim Instructor certification
• Experience dealing with the public, including children
• Solid observational and communication skills
