This full-time role focuses on the development and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for automotive hinges and mechanisms. You'll be vital in ensuring quality and efficiency in a high-volume production environment, utilizing skills like DFM/DFA, GD&T;, and problem-solving. Your leadership will support cross-functional initiatives and process innovations.
Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and retrieve work center performance data • Order current equipment,
coordinating delivery and integration • Develop internal detailed costed equipment quotes • Manage vendor RFQs and evaluate responses • Document process capability and investigate bottlenecks
Requirements: • University Degree or College Diploma in relevant engineering • 5+ years of process engineering experience • Proficient in SolidWorks and GD&T; • Hands-on familiarity with manufacturing methods • Strong communication skills in English
