We seek experienced technical leads who will also develop leadership abilities within our team.In this role you will build, assemble, plumb, erect, test, disassemble, and install automated machinery and fixtures. You will work from engineered drawings and schematics, identifying and documenting errors, adjustments or improvements to ensure the system is functional, productive, ergonomic, protected, and visually well constructed.Location:London, ONEmployment Type:Full TimeDepartment:Build TeamWages:$37/hr - $42/hrResponsibilitiesAnalyze drawings and coordinate with engineering to make changes that reduce rework, enable an efficient build, increase accuracy, enhance functionality and simplify post‑installation maintenance.Obtain and organize materials required to construct automated machinery.Fabricate parts using plasma cutter, manual lathe,



manual mill, pedestal grinder, MIG welder, TIG welder, band saw, hand grinder, drill press, etc.Conduct tests of parts to identify defects and ensure parts meet required specifications.Assemble machines and tooling using approved design packages, build kits and tooling kits.Generate solutions to machine‑build problems and implement them.Complete modifications to existing equipment due to engineering changes.Attend area whiteboard meetings to plan area activities.Attend project whiteboard meetings to present progress, understand other disciplines and upcoming key milestones, and discuss risks.Participate in design reviews to analyze mechanical designs and identify improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency.Implement BOS standards, identify potential improvements and present them to the Build Team Supervisor.Create plumbing layout plans that consider efficiency, functionality, future maintenance and appearance.Complete mounting and plumbing of the system, including piping assembly and installation of water, hydraulic and pneumatic supply.This description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; it does not prescribe or restrict tasks that may be assigned.

You excel at organizing components, interpreting blueprints and schematics, troubleshooting issues and maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail. You communicate clearly, work well independently as well as in a team, and possess strong critical thinking, time‑management and prioritization skills. You are comfortable operating hand and power tools, including grinders, plasma cutters and torches, and can travel for machine installations when required.
