We’re currently hiring a skilled and motivated Auto Glass Service Technician who takes pride in their craft and is passionate about delivering a WOW client experience. Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing

Install and repair auto glass & ADAS Calibration

(windshields, door glass, back glass, etc.) on a wide range of vehicles – cars, trucks, vans, fleets, and equipment Operate tools and equipment

safely and efficiently while following best practices Deliver top-quality workmanship

using proper techniques that meet or exceed industry standards Accurately document

all service and installation details in our system (Mobile Pro/POS/FSM/CRM) Communicate clearly and professionally

with clients, explaining services,



aftercare instructions, and answering questions with confidence Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work setting

– in the shop and in service vehicles Respond to scheduled and unscheduled service calls , including in-shop and mobile jobs as required What We’re Looking For in an Ideal Team Member

Proven experience

in auto glass installation (or equivalent hands‑on technical experience in a similar trade) Valid driver’s license

with a clean driving record Friendly, professional, and client‑focused demeanor

of lifting to 50 lbs and working on vehicles at various heights Willingness to grow
