Position Responsibilities:
- Provide support and handle aspects of reporting while understanding monthly and quarterly deliverables.
- Prepare monthly reports including analysis related to job functions.
- Meet with leaders to review submissions and highlightpossible risksand opportunities while taking initiative to elevate issues impacting reporting functions.
- Support Month-end production and reporting work, including journal entries, budgets, adjustments, Actuals to Budget analysis, consolidating Reporting packages.
- Gainproficiencyin investigating financial ledgers, statements, and journals using various software tools and Excel.
- Acquireexpertisein accounting practices, including reconciling, and analyzing balance sheet and income statement accounts, all while adhering to corporate standards.
- Lead the continuous improvementsof existing reporting processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Currentlypursuing an undergraduate degree in Business or Accounting,
with a strong interest in Finance and Economics and a solid foundation in general Business principles.
- Strongproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and Power BI, along with exceptional mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of working both independently and as part of a team while exercising sound judgment.
- Exhibits meticulous attention to detail, effectively prioritizing tasks in a deadline-driven setting.
- Ability toidentifyand recommend improvements to streamline existing processes.
- Supports the development and implementation of new processes.
- Responds to challenges and opportunities with a positive and productive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Access and Visual Basic isrequiredfor some roles.

Salary range is expected to be between
$40,950.00 CAD - $56,550.00 CAD
The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. The annual salary will be pro-rated based on the length of the work-term.
