We seek an organized and proactive Associate Producer to oversee pre-production, production, and post-production phases. You will manage logistics such as crew coordination, scheduling, and production readiness while supporting the Producer/Director. Your ability to solve problems and maintain communication is essential for smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities: • Organize permits, insurance,
and scheduling during pre-production • Coordinate with crew and vendors on set • Monitor the production schedule and shot list • Assist in post-production coordination and documentation • Troubleshoot issues swiftly as they arise
Requirements: • Experience in film, TV, or documentary production • Solid organizational and time-management skills • Ability to anticipate and solve logistical problems • Excellent communication and follow-up skills • Familiarity with Gatineau production landscape is a plus
