Scarsview Motors Ltd. is a well-established automotive dealership in Scarborough, Ontario, representingChrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram . We are looking for an experienced and motivatedAutomotive Parts Manager to lead our Parts Department and support our Service and Sales operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department, maintaining proper inventory levels, maximizing parts sales and gross profit, and ensuring excellent service to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

- Ensure that parts sales targets are met. Coordinate parts marketing efforts
- Maintain tight inventory control to ensure consistent delivery of parts while minimizing obsolescence
- Balance inventory to meet requirements of the Service Department, wholesale accounts and over the counter sales
- Understand and comply with all manufacturers’ warranty ordering and return policies.
- Forecast and track monthly sales and profit objectives. Compile and analyze monthly management reports
- Responsible for profitability of Department by revenue generation and cost control




- Keep up to date by completing all training within manufacturer’s prescribed guidelines

Qualifications

- Minimum 3-5 year experience as an Automotive Parts Manager or Assistant Parts Manager.
- Technologically savvy with PC-based software, and strong proficiency in Dealer Management systems
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team to achieve results
- Able to work as part of a results-oriented and customer-focused team
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Detail oriented, highly organized, and able to multi-task effectively in a fast paced workplace
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, technical & mechanical repairs, product
- Valid Driver’s License
