Senior Financial Analyst

What You'll Do

Analyze production costs, margins, and manufacturing variances (labor, material, overhead)

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts

Partner with plant/operations leadership to support cost control and efficiency initiatives

Support budgeting, cost accounting, and inventory valuation processes

Conduct variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and audit support

Work within

Sage ERP

(Sage X3 or similar) to extract, manage, and analyze financial data





Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and senior management

What You Bring

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

CPA designation

(or actively working towards it) preferred — CMA/CGA background also valued

4–7 years

of progressive financial analysis experience

Manufacturing/production environment experience is a must

Hands-on experience with

Sage ERP

systems strongly preferred

Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

Sharp analytical mind with excellent attention to detail

Solid communication skills — comfortable presenting findings to non-finance stakeholders
