Project Director – Data Centres | Finland | In office

I’m supporting a major data center platform with the appointment of an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale development in Finland.

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility across the full project lifecycle, leading multidisciplinary teams and taking ownership of construction, programme, commercial performance, commissioning and handover.

What we’re looking for:

- Proven leadership of major CSA & MEP construction programs
- Experience managing General Contractors, consultants, vendors and internal delivery teams
- Strong understanding of cost, schedule, risk, quality and commissioning
- Track record taking complex projects through construction to operational handover
- Comfortable operating as the senior project leader and reporting into executive leadership
