Key Responsibilities: • Sell and upgrade CAA memberships over calls • Provide excellent customer service to potential members • Conduct sales of travel medical insurance • Attend all scheduled training and orientation sessions • Meet internal quality standards and KPIs
Requirements: • Completion of post-secondary education • 2-3 years of customer service experience • 1-2 years of sales experience • Licensed to sell Accident & Sickness Insurance is an asset • Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
