Rexel Canada is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative for our Mount Pearl location. This role requires effective communication and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. You will manage inquiries through phone and email, confirm stock availability, and assist customers with e-commerce inquiries.
Key Responsibilities: • Directly service customers via phone and email daily • Process orders, inquiries, and quotations efficiently • Confirm stock availability and suggest alternatives • Make follow-up calls on quotations provided • Conduct outbound calls to solicit additional business
Requirements: • Minimum of two years in inside sales or customer service • Proven ability to build effective customer relationships • Strong multitasking and time management skills • Computer literacy required, AS400 experience is an asset • Knowledge of the electrical business is essential
