Technical Design Specialist/ Solutions Designer Senior

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, enhancement, and implementation of

complex, large-scale, high-risk technology solutions .

Provide technical leadership to development teams and collaborate with architects, business analysts, infrastructure, security, and privacy teams.

Design cloud-based solutions using

containerization, orchestration, and microservices .

Translate business and functional requirements into

application and technical designs

and create detailed low-level design artifacts.

Support solution testing, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and

performance tuning .

Ensure solutions meet

security, privacy, architecture, and enterprise technology standards .

Must Have:

Solid experience as a

Technical Designer, Solution Designer,



Technical Architect, or similar role .

Experience with

cloud, containers, orchestration, and microservices .

Working knowledge of

Healthcare FHIR

and healthcare data exchange standards.

Experience with

CI/CD, Agile, and Azure DevOps/VSTS .

Experience working with

security architects and privacy SMEs , preferably in healthcare or regulated environments.

Strong

technical leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication

skills.

Experience with

Visio, SharePoint, and MS Office .

Knowledge of

GO-ITS standards and enterprise architecture governance

is an asset.
