Eligibility

- 0-1 year of post-qualification experience.
- Candidate should have the ability to prepare a brief and have solid drafting skills.
- Strong Drafting Skills And Experience With Commercial Agreements
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel for court appearances and client meetings

Responsibility

- Appear before courts and assist in day-to-day court proceedings
- Draft pleadings, applications, affidavits, and written submissions
- Conduct in-depth legal research and case analysis
- Brief and assist seniors in hearings and trials
- Manage case files, documentation, and court filings
- Liaise with clients, court staff, and other advocates
