Evolved Realty Brokerage Inc. is looking for a licensed real estate associate to work closely with our Broker of Record and help manage active residential and commercial deals. This is a great prospect for an organized, dependable and motivated individual who wants hands-on experience working directly with a Broker of Record in a growing independent Toronto brokerage. Responsibilities may include:
Preparing listing and transaction documents Coordinating showings, inspections, staging and photography Communicating with clients, lawyers, contractors and cooperating agents Conducting market research and preparing CMAs Following up on leads, clients and active opportunities Assisting with listings, offers and transaction management Managing schedules, tasks,
files and important deadlines Attending appointments or property visits when required The ideal candidate:
Holds an active Ontario real estate licence and is in good standing with RECO Is highly organized, dependable and detail-oriented Communicates professionally and follows up consistently Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Is comfortable working independently and taking initiative Has access to a vehicle and can travel throughout the GTA Has residential or commercial real estate experience—an asset, but not required This role offers direct mentorship from the Broker of Record, exposure to active residential and commercial deals, and an chance to grow with Evolved Realty.
