This is a broad, senior in-house mandate. You will be advising across the full corporate legal function - contracts, procurement, governance, privacy, HR, and board-level strategy. No two weeks look the same and the work carries real complexity and variety. What you will be working on:

Privacy law and FOIPPA compliance Corporate governance and board committee advice MOU negotiations with other regulatory bodies HR matters including employment agreements and sensitive terminations Strategic legal advice to senior leadership Why this role:
