We are looking for a
motivated individual who is interested in building a career as an Iron Worker / Rebar Worker . Some previous construction experience is required, but you do not need to have previous rebar or ironworking experience.
Training will be provided
to the right candidate. You will work alongside experienced ironworkers and rebar workers, learning how to safely install and place reinforcing steel on construction sites throughout the Lower Mainland. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, wants to learn a skilled trade, and is looking for a long‑term career in construction. Key Responsibilities
Assist experienced ironworkers and rebar workers with daily tasks Help place, tie, and install reinforcing steel and rebar Measure, cut, bend,
and position rebar as directed Use basic hand and power tools Move and organize materials around the job site Assist with loading and unloading materials Follow drawings, measurements, and instructions from experienced workers Maintain a clean and organized work area Learn proper tools, techniques, and procedures for rebar installation Follow all workplace health and safety procedures Participate in training and develop skills within the trade Perform other general construction duties as required Requirements
Some previous
construction experience required Strong interest in developing a career as an Iron Worker / Rebar Worker Willingness to learn and take direction Comfortable with physically demanding work Able to lift and carry construction materials Valuable hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Reliable and punctual Able to work safely as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors and at heights Commitment to learning and developing new skills What We Offer
