What You'll Do

Lead and execute complex structural engineering assignments with a high degree of autonomy.

Modify established guidelines and develop new approaches to meet evolving project requirements.

Solve unique design and field engineering challenges using cutting-edge thinking.

Recommend improvements to design standards that enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate and manage mid-sized to large projects, ensuring they meet budget, schedule, and performance objectives.

Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues,



consultants, contractors, and external agencies regarding project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, and recommendations related to design changes and project payments.

Mentor and guide junior and intermediate team members through technical investigations and project execution.

Contribute to a culture focused on quality, client service, teamwork, sustainability, and community.

What You Bring to the Table

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or equivalent certification.

Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, ideally within a consulting environment.

Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, design standards, and industry best practices.

Proven ability to lead projects and resolve complex technical challenges.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.

Proficiency with engineering software and tools used in structural design.

Demonstrated project management experience.
