Account Manager – Aerospace and Defense (18-month Contract to Permanent) We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Senior Account Manager to join our Aerospace and Defense Sales team. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex customer requirements while supporting business growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing customer relationships, creating new business opportunities, and supporting technical and commercial aspects of the sales process.

Review and evaluate customer quote requirements to ensure accuracy and completeness Engage directly with end-use customers to qualify and discuss new quote opportunities Collaborate with the NEF quoting and sourcing teams to support pricing and supply strategies Partner with Business Development Managers and Sales Managers to develop and execute sales strategies Lead customer discussions related to product design, applications, and new program opportunities Manage quote mark-ups and analyze sales forecasting data to support business decisions Review customer contracts and lead part kick-off activities Maintain strong customer relationships and act as a key point of contact for account-related matters Excellent organizational and time management skills Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand technical concepts Ability to troubleshoot and support technical design challenges Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong overall computer and systems skills Aerospace and Defense fastener experience (considered an asset) US government contract experience (considered an asset) CUI and CMMC compliance experience (considered an asset) Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required 3–5 years of experience in a sales or account management role ~ Proven experience managing customer accounts and supporting territory growth ~ Post-secondary education in Business, Engineering,
