Inc. is looking for an Accountant to support the Finance team in managing purchase orders, invoice matching, accounts payable runs, and related finance activities. This is a full-time remote role within the Finance department, reporting to the Controller. Complete other finance and accounting tasks as assigned.

Support month-end activities related to AP, accruals, and reconciliation as needed. You are comfortable working with finance systems, Excel, and data, and you take the time to investigate discrepancies instead of overlooking them. You are reliable, organized, and able to manage recurring deadlines such as weekly AP runs while staying flexible when priorities shift.

You bring a problem-solving mindset and are always looking for ways to improve processes, reduce errors, and support a growing finance team.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:



Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred. Prior experience handling purchase orders from a finance perspective. Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Good Excel skills, specifically for managing data and matching reports. High attention to detail to spot pricing, quantity, and coding errors.
