Encore Technical Solutions Inc. seeks an AI Engineer in Downtown Toronto, operating in a hybrid full time capacity. You will leverage 10+ years of Java and Python experience as you bridge traditional SDLC with ADLC using Claude Code, Copilot, and other AI-assisted tools. You will design AI-driven workflows, collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders, and help evolve practices toward AI-agent powered planning, development, testing, and operations.
