Value Buds is seeking a motivated Keyholder to join their Burlington location. This role requires previous retail or customer service experience and an understanding of cannabis products. You will create welcoming environments, provide product education, and ensure compliance with regulations throughout your shift.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and cannabis recommendations
• Support daily operations, including store upkeep and merchandising
• Operate the POS, process payments, and issue receipts
• Restock shelves and manage product deliveries
• Ensure compliance with cannabis ID verification regulations
Requirements:
• Previous retail or hospitality experience required
• Solid communication and customer-first attitude
• Valid cannabis selling certification needed
• Must be 18/19 or older based on province
• Capable of standing long periods and lifting 40 lbs
