Key Responsibilities:



• Own franchisee onboarding for operational success • Oversee readiness for new store openings • Manage unit-level profitability and optimize performance • Set and enforce national operational standards • Lead execution of menu rollouts and initiatives

Requirements: • 7+ years in multi-unit operations, QSR or FSR • Proven experience with new franchisee support • Strong background in financial acumen and P&L; management • Experience leading field-based teams • Comfortable balancing relationships with operational standards
