WSP is seeking an Experienced Contract Administrator to join our Supply Chain Management group in Montreal, Toronto or Calgary . This role supports a wide range of impactful project work including Mechanical, Civil, Piling, Instrumentation &

• Controls, Geotechnical, Heavy Haul, Utility, and other construction and site‑service contract packages. Your work helps ensure projects are delivered safely, effectively, and in alignment with client and project requirements. Develop and maintain comprehensive project contract lists. Source and pre‑qualify contractors to support project execution. Prepare bid and proposal packages, including commercial documentation. Issue RFPs, manage bidder inquiries, and coordinate proposal receipt. Oversee change order management and ensure compliance with pricing structures and schedules. Manage contract governance, risk assessments, and alignment with project budgets. Support claims management, back‑charge administration, and resolution processes. Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Construction Managers, Legal, and Engineering teams. Communicate schedule delays and conflicts to project teams and stakeholders. A degree, diploma, or certificate in Supply Chain Management or Contracting &

• Procurement. ~ Experience in an EPCM project setting. ~ Proficiency with contracting software and electronic workflow systems. ~ 8–12 years of contracting and procurement experience on major projects. • QC: $81,100 – $107,700 The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
