The Hours: Full time, 8-hour shifts.

Wednesday to Sunday shifts - rotating between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM. Training will be Monday to Friday for 4 Weeks (9am-5pm) The Location: REMOTE IN CANADA The Voice of Wealthsimple: You aren’t just a support agent; You will break down complex investment, trading, and personal finance concepts so they are simple and accessible. ~ Whether navigating a massive institutional transfer or untangling a back-office glitch, you ensure our clients hit their financial goals. ~"The Experience: 1–2 years of high-volume customer service experience (Retail, Hospitality, Banking, or Tech Support).

The Curiosity: You have a genuine interest in personal finance and the stock market. (Knowing your way around an RRSP or a TFSA puts you ahead of the game!).
